Guiding
At Clonanav you will get the highest level of guiding. Our guides are very experienced and have intimate knowledge of the rivers and techniques that fish best on them.It is advised to book a guide for at least half a day as this will enhance your fishing experience
Andrew Ryan
Andrew Ryan is a member of APGAI - Ireland, and holds the FFF Masters and THCI which are the highest casting instruction qualifications in the world. He has also passed APGAI, REFFIS and STANIC.
Having fished the Suir, Nire and Tar since the age of 12 and has excellent knowlede of all the rivers in the area. Andrew has vast guiding experience and has worked at Clonanav for the past 11 years and has also guided in the USA, Argentina and Spain.
Andrew also speaks Spanish & some French
Jason O'Riordan
Jason joined the Clonanav team in 2004. He specializes in salmon and sea trout fishing but is also a keen trout angler. He is an FFF CI instructor and is also a member of the Hardy Academy.
He has a wealth of knowledge on salmon, sea trout and salt water fishing for bass, pollack, and mullet etc.
He is a third generation fly dresser and even the most experienced of anglers will have something to learn from him.
