Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  We are closed on Mondays so orders are not processed on Mondays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

UK & US orders - Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Clonanav Fly Fishing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  If you decide to reject the package for this reason we cannot offer a refund.

If you reject the package this will incur a handling free of 20%.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at clonanavflyfishing@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Due to Brexit there are customs clearance delays with shipments being sent to UK. This is out of our control, so deliveries make take a few days longer than normal.


If your shipment is delayed we will do our utmost to ensure it arrives. While your package is in transit we cannot offer a refund until your package arrives to you or is returned to us by the courier. We must receive the returned goods before a refund can be issued.
