Half size High & Dry Capes are the most versatile necks in the Whiting's product line. These capes have a great variety in feather size, which allows you to tie small insect imitations & skaters and even salmon dry flies, all just from one cape. Fly size "Sweet spot" is in between hook size #10-16.
As other Whiting's capes, High & Dry necks' feathers have elastic quills and stiff barbs to guarantee excellent floating abilities for your dry flies.
