Fly Fishing Expo at Clonanav Fly Fishing Shop 6 August
On the 5th and 6th of August Clonanav Fly Fishing Shop will hosting a fly fishing expo with a host of experts and demonstrators from Ireland and Europe.

The demos are taking place at Clonanavs NEW 1400 ft2 store which is located on the R671 close to the village of Ballymacarbry Co Waterford, is much larger than the previous store and will also incorporate a new tuition centre. The shop is well know for stocking leading brands including, Hardy, Greys, Guideline, Rio, Simms, Sage, Orvis and many more will be increasing the range of tackle on offer in a state of the art surroundings.
This annual event is growing from strength to strength. This year we are incorporating clinics into the programme allowing guests to get insight and tuition from world class fly fishing experts. The more details on these clinics and costs are available on our website

New for this year are fly tying demos in the shop. We will have demos from
Gwilym Hughes, Campbell Baird, Mike Shanks, Tom Sullivan, Denis O’Toole
Demos will take place at our casting ponds and also on the River Suir (weather permitting). See angling legends like Campbell Baird, Gwilym Hughes, and many more share their expertise on various fishing techniques including Trout, Salmon and Saltwater.

Also new for 2011 will be clinics with some of our celebrities. These are a unique opportunity to learn from the experts on a more personal level. Rates and details of these will be available on our website.
Campbell Baird Stillwater Clinic
Join Irish International Angler Campbell Baird on an intensive clinic to hone you still water skills. Campells vast experience from fishing competitions all over Europe will unlock some of the secrets to success. Clinic takes place on Saturday morning from 11 am to 1pm noon. Cost €30 per person
Gwilym Hughes River Clinic
Join 17 times Welsh international angler Gwilym Huges on the river Suir for a 2 hour river fishing class. Gwilyms a GAIA and APGAI qualified instructor will help you to hone you river skills on the banks of the river Suir. Clinic Takes place Saturday 9 am to 11 am. Cost €30 per person.
There will also be a prize draw with a chance to win some fantastic prizes over the weekend.
