Salmon Running!

Reports on the river are very positive at the moment about the run of Salmon. Up and down the river fish are being seen and caught. This morning I was out with Jason O'Riordan and we had the fish below.  A very large fish was lost on spinner - we estimate at least 25lb and a bar of silver!  A lot of fish are being seen and lost so it bodes really well for the next few days. The river is still a little high for the fly, we are getting in, but it is hard work.     [gallery link="file" columns="6"]
