BUYING FROM THE UK DUTIES & VAT

Since Brexit the UK is no longer in the EU and our prices to mainland UK do not include VAT. VAT and duties are charged by the courier prior to delivery.

Delivery and Shipping

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Shipping is usually same day if ordered before 3pm (Tuesday-Friday). Once your order is dispatched a confirmation email is sent to your email address with the tracking details.

Guideline XSTREAM PE Multicolor backing is a brand new, thin and super strong, smooth Polyethylene (PE) backing.

PE Backing is a lot thinner than backing made of dacron, PE is normally 35% thinner in the same breaking strength. The benefits of this is that you get a stronger braid pr diameter/size (30lbs PE backing is thinner than 50lbs dacron.), which means that you can load more backing on your reel if needed. By using PE you can also use a smaller size reel and get the length of backing that you need. We recommend PE backing for fishing that require more backing than normal, typically fishing in salty environments for strong fish that run far or salmon in big rivers/large fish.

It brings lots of extra strength and meters on your fly reels when fighting big strong fish that run for the horizon. The XSTREAM PE backing is Multi Colored with 5 different colors, changing every 10 meters, giving extra control during the fight of big fish.
