Every now and then a really special range of rods comes along. As we fish on rivers most the time for difficult picky trout - delicate, accurate and precise casts are a must. The new range of Hardy Zephrus ULTRALITE rods are really special. Light - the lightest we have ever used, and remarkable with fine tippet. The rods come in a very tight range ideally suited to river fishing. There is an 8ft8 # 3, the ideal dry fly rod, an 8ft9 #4 the perfect dry/dropper rod, the 9ft #5 is a perfect all rounder and lighter and crisper than the current Zephrus model.
Also new in the range are the 9ft9 models in #2, #3, #4, #5 to cover both a range of nymph fishing and dry fly fishing from a boat. The 9ft9 #2 is stunning... feather light and ideal for both dry fly and euro nymphing.
