Water Levels Improving

Water levels are starting to drop. The Suir is still very high and rose again a little this morning after the heavy showers last night. However the Tar and Anner are fishing really well for trout with some very nice fish being caught. Today on the river Anner we had some amazing fish, using both streamers and dry and dropper. There were few trout rising, but we had quite a few takes on small nymphs and a lot of follows to large wooly buggers. If the rain stops salmon fishing should be good by the weekend.
