The packaging features a zip and is UV proof for easy and safe storage.

Conversely, the 80cm tip section can be shortened, allowing you to construct a more elaborate leader that gradually steps down in diameter. In all this leader is built for tactile, technical fishing to give you optimum performance in the most testing of conditions.

The leader consists of; Butt – 44% (200 cm / 6.6 ft), Taper – 39% (177 cm / 5.6 ft), Tip – 17% (80 cm / 2.8 ft) The butt section is 0.50 mm (0.020 in) which is a versatile dimension for all line weight ratings. This slightly finer butt and taper ensure a perfect balance of speed and turnover that facilitates controlling required slack in the tippet. Conversely, faster tip speed ensures a ‘straight line’ delivery where it is needed on stillwaters for example.
