Nymph Clinic

Today we held a nymph fishing clinic at our shop and on the river Suir. The focus of the clinic was to highlight the benefit of fishing with heavier nymphs on the Suir.  The clinic covered flies, leader set up, tackle, techniques, watercraft, reading the water and general techniques. We were using the new Greys Streamflex 10ft #3 and it is fantastic on the Suir. The weather was windy and cold but we did hook and land a few fish. The bigge ones got away!  For the rest of the season we are running a series of clinics on different aspects of fly fishing. For more info see - CLINICS [gallery link="file" columns="4"]
