What is special about this dubbing is that it comes exclusively from hares in Patagonia which live in the wild. This makes it particularly dense, resistant and far superior to the hairs obtained from fur farming.
We can supply wild hare dubbing of the following types:
Argentinian Hare and Long Hare.
These hairs are cleaned, disinfected and cut to the required length. We predict that we will be able to supply 100% naturally-coloured hairs with the same quality as our 100% naturally-coloured CDC feathers as early as 2009. An innovation in this sector which underlines our continued care for the environment.
The use of this dubbing makes an unbelievable variety of applications possible. From the most delicate dry fly body to the elaborate Nymph, your fantasy will know no bounds. Why not combine colours and make your own „blend“ with a little fly glitter?
