The Golden Pheasant Tippet Collar is the area of the Golden Pheasant that features all the tippet feathers. The tippet feathers are most commonly used when it comes to Salmon fly tying but also can be used for other types of fly tying. Mainly used in pairs for wings on Salmon fly patterns and can be tail material and underwings in Wet Trout fly tying as well The Tippet Collar. Grade 1 has feathers with outstanding quality barbs and have smaller barbs which are more appropriate when you are tying smaller size flies. The Grade 1 collar is approx 10cm in Length x 8cm in Width and is worth every penny due to the fact this collar contains a huge number of tippet feathers.
